6. Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns are handled in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws.
  2. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
  3. Products must be returned in unused and original condition. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned products.
